Where Can I Get Good Avatars?

I'm wondering where I can get good avatars besides Avatarmagic and Iconator. Any answers would help

You could possibly do a tektek or an eloui.

In before Deviantart: Stay away from DA. It's stealing/ripping copyrighted material and it makes artists very, very upset. They write huge policies on their art and complain and put big fat watermarks on everything. And it makes me go crazy, too.
