I usually get mine off of iconator.com. They have really nice icons and avatars, and they're always appropriate.

Does it show a picture of a blonde lady with black and white mouth and two different colored eyes? That's the one I have. It's called Corel Paint Shop Pro-X or something. I have no idea how it works.

I either search iconator or avatarmagic. Or I order one from an avatar 'shop' topic in Fun Stuff. So sometimes they are made by other talented members of TT.
