There is no such thing as a best teacher, each teacher raises a certain spot you need Ms. Sunflower

Mr. Turtle raises Intelligence points (Pencil icon).

Ms. Sunflower raises Arts/Fashion points (Star Icon).

Mr. Canvas raises Social/Kindess points (Flower Icon).

Well, there's only one PREschool teacher which raises style points. There are three school teachers though.
