If you know Japanese I think that Mametchi sounds the best.... the first thing I think of when I hear those names is :

Memetchi=me=eye

Kuchipatchi=Kuchi=lips

Mimitchi=mimi=ears

Mametchi=mame-=midget, small.... also ma could be like the ma in mahou (magic).... of course, by itself ma just means evli spirit...

You see! Mametchi is just more fun to think about!
