Why is my Tamagotchi not evolving?

My Tama is 6 years old and still a toddler, how do I fix this? Is it the Peter Pan glitch? If so, how do I fix it? And he is 10 ounces.

Probably, the other times I have raised my Tamas they grew and then died.

I searched about it. Overfeeding, underfeeding, not responding to calls for attention is what
I found on Google. Maybe you did one of these?

Sorry this is soooooo late but I don't really remember doing anything wrong, maybe I changed the time too much

It's okay. Maybe changing the time too much is the reason. I did that and it didn't evolve either.
