I have a Young Memetchi, am I garanteed a Memetchi or does it depend on whether my Tama's arts points stay higher than the intelligence points and the kindness points?

Well you can get Ms. Sunflower, play the Dance game, And! feed your tamagotchi foods like Donut's it increase your tamagotchi arts/fashion points by 3 look at this chart
