Is Oyajtichi a toddler, teen, adult or an oldie?

It's an adult. It can mate with other adult female/male tamagotchis.

It's stated in Bandai's V4.5 Character Chart (https://www.tamagotchi.com/pdf/chart_characters_v45.pdf), and is applicable to all versions as well.

I already have, but I thought Ojitchi and Otokitchi were oldies, I need more info, but thanks anyway.

Yes, Ojitchi and Otokitchi are oldies. When these two mate, they produce two babies. When these babies evolve (usually after an hour), they turn into oyajitchis.

There is no toddler or teen stage for Oyajitchi when this happens. It also behaves like any other adult despite the "lack of age".
