I've had neither. I dont play with my tamas anymore. I used to get the Buttefly Character all the time, but Never a Mimitchi or Memetchi. They require too much care for my standards.

I've gotten Mametchi... uh... 5 times on my V1, 7 times on my V2, and twice on my V3, I'm pretty sure of that.

And Mimitchi I have gotten 4 times on my V1, not at all on my V2 nor my V3.

I dunno who you're talking about. "Mimetchi" could mean Mimitchi or Mametchi. However, I've gotten both, many times. I even let its hunger hearts ALWAYS drop to 3 when my Tamagotchi was a teenager. And I still got annoying Mametchi. Whom I really want is a Hanatchi on odd generations and Memetchi on even generations.

I got a Mametchi and a Kutchipatchi back on genoration 1, then on genoration 2 it was a Mimitchi and a Memetchi. SAfter that I never saw them. Right Now I'm on Genoaration 9.

I hate the tell you this, but a Young Mametchi doesn't always evolve into a Mametchi. On my v3 on genoration 1, I have a Young Mametchi, and it evolved into a Megachi. I'm not saying your won't evolve into a Mametchi, because there's a 50/50 chance. I hope you get a Mametchi, those are such cool pets
