You Really seen pinned topics?

I've noticed, nobody really takes in the advice which the pinned topic say. Well a lot of people do, but some dont. If we can get everyone to try and follow the rules and advice on Tama talk, i think it will make a much bigger difference. There wont be a need to report someone (well, we always will have to, its for good use ), and people wont spam and disobey the rules All the time. Also everyone will know which forum to write in. Think it will be good to have a look at the pinned topics over again? If you havent?

I would like to see some replys, is my statement for a good cause, and do you think that you agree, or do you not? And please explain your answer if you dont.
