Well, to me, Tamagotchi ANCESTORS are the ones that came out in the 90's...the true first Tamagotchis. The connections are hardly ancestors and not nearly as good, in my humble opinion, but I digress. My entire collection consists of ancestors. See my signature!

I don't think those are ancestors... are they? Connection versions, to me, aren't ancestors.

How is V4 an ancestor? It came out in October of 2006....

V1-V4.5 are NOT ancestors. Ancestors are tamagotchis from the 1990's and early 2000 (maybe).

I don't have very many 1990's Tamagotchis. But here's what I have:
