I own a red/black P1. I always wanted an Ocean when I was younger, but by the time I found out about them they were already scarce. Trying my luck on ebay for a Japanese one, also Morino since those look cool too. I also had a V1 Digimon (Tamagotchi Cousin), but that's about it.

I own a Red and Black P1, it's in a drawer in my kitchen. I can't get the screw out of the door, so I can't really use it anymore. :|

The update adding P2 characters and the announcement of an Angel App dragged me back into Tamagotchi l.i.f.e. (I'd mostly been messing around with Digimon Unlimited). I never had a P2 Tama, or an Angel, so this is great for me.

The Oceangotchi is very difficult to care for, as far as I know, you need to be the obsessive type to make sure they don't die. Morino is not as hard to take care of. As for the Angel? Just get the Japanese Angelgotch because, they're cheaper (around 30-40 dollars as opposed to 80-100).

My grandmother is a cancer survivor, it went into remission at the beginning of last year. At the time, I could do nothing than just make sure she was taken care of after her surgery.

Amazon Marketplace is a much safer alternative to the likes of ebay, and they have strict rules for anyone who wants to sell in order to ensure legitimacy. You'll probably end up paying about the same too, though sometimes more if you somehow get lucky with auctions I suppose. As for payment...
