Yes it IS open... I went there today but there 'may' be a glitch in the game where you earn the stamp. I played it 7 times and not once did I miss a stamp for one of the Tama's and still I kept getting try again... I'm gonna try again later and hope for the best!

Ever checked out ebay for v4.5? There are Austrlian based sellers with LEGIT V4.5's for sale.... They're selling for about $35 there with the PC pack. I was at Mr Toys just yesterday and they told me they had NO PLANS to get the v4.5!!!! Can you believe that?????? That totally explains why...
