Well a tamagotchi dies when you don't take care of it. (no offence) they can also die from old age. so if you take care of your tama but it still dies, it might be from old age. :P

well usaualy the match maker come for me at 6,7,or 8. Maybe you missed her or she just hasn't come yet. Don't fret, the match maker can come earlyer or later than the avrage tamagotchi. Just hang in there for a while and see if she comes. And also keep your tamagotchi with you at all times to...
