My tamagotchi si 5 so i set the time to 12 30 and 4 30 pm and all i get is nzotchi the mail dude

My tama turns 5 in an hour and I read a guide taht says that guitar dude will come at 4:30pm, but by the time mine becomes 5 it will be 5:30pm, If i was to change the time back to 4:30 would the guitar dude come
