nonono it was stolen the chick tried to get it back from him *is is assumed he trashed it before she asked him for it so that`s why he refused to return it OR he trashed it after she asked him for it back *we told her to we`d report him if he diddn`t return it* and she could have said we`d report it if it wasn`t returned and trashed it to get even...and we reported him the next lunch period *following day*
