You cannot potty train your iD L. However, if you pick up three messes while your iD L is a certain teen, you will automatically get the perfect care character from their lineage, even though you gave them a million care misses. (P.S Painaputchi and Hanikamatchi, I think)

Does it help potty training my tama?

I think the potty-training thing only exists in the Tama-Go.

However, there are two ways you can attend to your iD L's potty needs:

1. If there's a poo on the screen, you can use the toilet feature to wipe it clean; or

2. If you see your Tama doing some "pee dance" (it looks like it's going to pee) then use the toilet function to let your Tama use the toilet.
