I just picked up one for me and one for my fiancee, since both of us remember them but neither of us actually had one.  Seems similar to the Digivices that came out around the same time (I had one of those), so it's been pretty easy to learn its care.

I recently found a couple Tama Friends Dreamtowns at a small miscellaneous shop for $7 each. You can bet your biscuits I snatched them both up for my fiancee and I considering the second cheapest I found was at Hot Topic for around $30 each. ;)

Married off two of my tamas recently, one on my Tama-Go, the other on my V5. I also painted my Tama-Go a nice metallic blue and added some studded decals to it. I'll take a picture when I get the chance to. :)

I carry mine on a carabiner that I hook onto my belt loops or just carry them in a bunch in my purse. No matter what, they are always connected by keychains so I don't lose track of them. ;w;
