Whenever i try to connect outside in the sun it says FAIL and once i tried connecting and my tama went away and and said AWAY and it wasnt on the other tamagotchi lol..who has this happened to and do u kno why it happens?

Ok before when i was on generation 5 i couldnt see my parents and now that im on generation 6 i can see my parents but it skips from 1 to 3 its so weird and for the 3 one it doesnt have a password so i cant see my grandparents...has this happend to anyone?
