If you're talking about the computer version and you have the University expansion, you can use the Paranormal career reward to get a Sim back from the dead. You'd have to send a Sim through University and get them to get a high enough level job in the Paranormal career.

I'm well aware that I am really far behind, since I just purchased my first Version 2 yesterday! I was going to get a V3, but both Wal-Marts I went to were out of them. *sigh* So I got a V2 instead, to replace my old (defective) V1. It's the pink one, with flowers on it. Really cute design...

Technically, no, as I have never broken one, but I did manage to get one of the first versions of the US Connections that had a problem where the battery runs down in a week. :D

That sounds like mine; it's pink with stars. I guess I'll just have to leave it in the drawer (it's currently with my Tamagotchi from the 90s and a million Giga Pets) until I find a V2... but now at least I have an excuse to buy a V2!

*moan* That yellow is so pretty! I want a yellow V2, but they don't seem to have released any yellow ones at all in the US. I hope they come out with new colors here, and I really hope that one of them is yellow, preferably like the one in that picture. It's really pretty.

Do the batteries for V2 run out really fast? Because I know that my V1's batteries run out sooo fast (I figured out that it must've come from the first batch, which had some sort of problem with the batteries). I was hoping that the V2s would be better with battery management.

Yay for Wal*Mart! Of course, yours is in Canada so it might be better than mine. But hopefully they'll receive them sooner or later! I'll be sure to check back frequently, so I can replace my V1 that's making a funny humming noise.
