No it doesn't go OVER it BUT it apears that there is a hole in the casing so that if you have an antenna on your tama it won't get in the way & it will shut.

The Covers in the Decoration kits fit: ( I tried all these versions listed...)

The covers DO NOT fit the smaller Tamas like Gen 1 or 2, mothra, morino, Angelgotchi, ocean etc.

I haven't seen the Purpl/Pink Furwatchi/Violetchi ones anywhere...my walmarts don't have them and on ebay all colors are being sold, but that one. What's up with that?
