I don't have Tama Friends yet, so I can't comment, but I could never enjoy playing with my Go. Probably because It was kind of cumbersome with the character on top and I had become so used to color screens it just felt like I was straining to see the characters and games. Or maybe thats just a problem with the Go, I can play my Connection tamas fine (during the day, of course)

I think the TF is way too overrated and overpriced, even though the Tamago isn't all that good itself
