Did you research? Because...Nonopotchi is like a main character on the Music Star, would he really be a horrible cared for character?

By the same token, you could say that Kutchipatci is a mian Tamagotchi character, but he's usually a bad care one.

I think they put the main characters where people are most likely to get them- like a lot of people will either care obsessively for their pet, or not care very much at all. The ones in between are the most obscure, because it's more rare that a person will neglect a baby Tama and then suddenly start caring a lot afterwards.
