Elite 16 OCC and Forms.

Everybody knows there are 16 types of Pokémon; water, fire, grass, rock, steel, poison, normal, dark, bug, dragon, ice, ground, ghost, flying, electric and psychic. The elite 16 specialize in one type each. In some ways there like gym leaders, they have their own 'gym' or 'battleground', they give out 'badges' when defeated, they help out around their area... In some other ways they are like a pokémon trainer, they catch pokémon when one catches their eye, they travel around the place... And in other ways like the elite 4, they have to battle 'wanna bes' to keep their position. The elite 16 are all located on an island - somewhere near Unova. Since they've just been discovered they need to; train and catch pokémon. And they're all the same age. 16.

Dislikes: Being bored, moody and sarcastic people, serious people.He also can get quiet irritated when someone is being loud and annoying when he'/s trying to relax.

Flaws: Cypher tends to be calm about everything, he doesn't take anything too seriously. He has trouble excepting reality sometimes, and often pushes himself and his pokemon beyond the limit.

Crush: None yet, although will develop one.

Other: Although he specializes in Ghost types, he also has different kinds.

Do I need to fill out a form for all his pokemon?

Since there aren't really a lot of ghost types, is it cool if he has some pokemon that aren't ghost? And what's the rule on legendaries? Sorry for asking so many questions, just don't want to break the rules.

It's OK! You can have 2 pokémon of different type at a time. Legendaries? Well you can have some that live on your island from time to time. Battle wise I think it would be best to stick with non-minor legends.

Looks (description is preferred): For someone who specialises in probably the toughest type out there, Zoë is a rather innocent looking girl. She has bright blonde hair that's normally tied up in pigtails or a high ponytail if she can't find enough hair ties, and her big eyes are a dark shade of green. For her age, she's under the average height, coming in at just 5'1. Her clothing sense doesn't help matters (not that it bothers her) seeing as she generally sticks to wearing flat, almost ballet-like shoes along with her usual combination of t-shirts and floaty skirts, occasionally a hooded jacket if it's cold.

Likes: Her team of Pokemon that hardly ever changes, making friends and so forth, surprisingly people with how good she actually is in Pokemon battles

Dislikes: People who make fun of her, overly stupid people

Flaws: She's very, very guillible, and as a result it's rather easy to pull the wool over her eyes. Also, she tends to get upset and stressed very easily.

Likes: She likes many things, but her favorite is her Psychic Pokemon.

Dislikes: She hates any and all meat, she is a vegetarian and also hates dark types.

Flaws: She is a bit of a klutz.

Other: She has Psychic abilities since she was five but hasn't yet mastered them.

Looks: Sarah short, usually messy, hair that just reaches her shoulders - or, just past her shoulders when wet. Her eyes are a greyish blue, her skin is very pale and won't tan. When she is off training she wears a pale blue tank top, black fingerless gloves and camouflage cargo pants with black flats shoewise. For swimming she has a black one piece swimsuit. She wears blue mini swim shorts over it. She wears an aqua-blue dress with a bubble print, a black bow around the middle.

Likes: Sweet food, water types, warm weather, swimming, music, being laughed at, people who can take a joke, winning pokémon battles.

Dislikes: Successfully scaring someone, Sour food, ice (- its cold!), getting sick, scratching, burping, slurping, grinding noises, losing pokémon battles,("You only won because you cheated!"), people who ignore her (“WHY WON'T YOU LOOK AT ME!?!?!”).

Flaws: Scratching, burping, slurping, grinding noises – they'll make her beg for mercy. Although she seems all tough, she can't take it when someone badmouths her – she'll run off and cry and try to avoid the person as much as possible.
