I have seen that Nokia N73's are capable of transferring downloaded material to the iD or iD L. I just so happen to have one of those. It was my last phone before I upgraded to iPhone. Can I use it? Do I need to be in Japan? Any material on the internet I can read to help clarify if no one here...

Are you serious? I bought a Tamagotchi iD L for only $3 more than what you have spent on your Tama-Go and that includes delivery! It's not a yellow or green either, it's a purple!

Well to be honest I can't say that I've been an avid fan throughout the years. Obviously I was the Tama queen with 7 tamagotchis when I was younger but I stopped playing with them too even if I liked them. They stopped selling them. But I just purchased an iD L and am about to start playing...
