Well, I actually have a V5.5, but I'm guessing the question applies to both. When I have a second generation on my 5.5, will I have to give a new family name or will it remain the same? I'm asking so I can find a new name if I have to before the second generation is created.

Is there one? A password for it so I can buy it or get it free? I've googled, and I haven't come across it yet, but I'm still holding out hope that someone may know it. :P If you don't wish to share it with everyone, I'll be happy to accept a PM. :) Also, any other codes I can use?

It's a V2, a Ginjirotchi, and it's 9pm here now. My other 'gotchi, a Furawatchi, has gone to sleep. I tried turning the lights off for the Ginjirotchi, but it didn't sleep straight away like it usually would. Both my 'gotchis are adults. Both are set at the same time (a few seconds different)...
