You'll love the tama-go it's one of my favorites, but without some extra characters it can become a bit boring. I've bought them all in a set on ebay (all 12). I really advice you to buy some extra figures :)

I love the P's more than the ID L. I has a lot more features and it's almost impossible to get bored. Like I love the feature where you can put your tama in daycare or school, so you don't have to be afraid that it'll die if you don't check it for an hour or two.

From all those: tamago is my favorite, but for that price i would go with the angel one! Wouldn't buy the Nano, it's more like a keychain than a real tama. I have one, but never play with it. It's almost impossible to let it die, and not much fun to play with.
