    Replacement screws for vintages

Another option might be a local jeweler / watch repairman. I got a used Mesutchi in the mail a few years back and the screws were stripped so badly I couldn't get it open. The local jeweler took out the screws and then replaced them with new screws that fit perfectly! (Also, he did it for free!)

    Interesting Ocean Quirk?

Yeah I freaked out when he wouldn't take medicine that's why I tried discipline! Oh well--he died any way. Of course! I'm on Ocean try number three this week!

    Is this tama rare?

What colors are they? Are they a matching pair? It's nice to have a matching pair (I have the translucent black and clear set) but then I also have a cute mismatched set (lime green and white and [almost] solid pink). I think some colors are rarer than others, and they seem to be getting more...

    Interesting Ocean Quirk?

Today my Ocean became sick (as it does constantly!) and it... refused medicine? Then, the sick symbol switched sides?? Confused at this point, I kept feeding it medicine. It didn't like it?? Then, I decided to discipline it. Then it took medicine! I haven't seen it do that before, but I've...

    Twin Ants :)

thanks for the replies! I was wondering how the bandaged-up graphic would look with the twin ants--wasn't sure if they'd go the easy route and use the same image of just one creature wrapped up... but lo and behold, two little ants wrapped up after I missed a predator! how funny!

    Twin Ants :)

I just got the Twin Ants on my Morino! What a surprise, I wasn't even trying... I want to get Koganetchi, which I think is going to elude me forever. I've seen conflicting information about the Ants around the web (that you have to feed them only treats, that you have to keep them very very hot...

    Tamagotchi 15th vintage P1/P2 hatch

Bad cellphone picture, but there you have it! I was a little disappointed to see this guy--I thought I took okay care! But I guess these vintages are more demanding than the new ones. Still cute when he's looking at me playing the game though. :) Interestingly, he called for discipline about...

    Tamagotchi 15th vintage P1/P2 hatch

My blue P1 died! (My younger sister was cleaning for thanksgiving and unpaused it but I didn't realize it until a day later) So, my orange one is all who's left. He still doesn't have a name but boy is he cute. The reason why I'm posting is that he got sick yesterday so I'm hoping he'll change...

    Tamagotchi 15th vintage P1/P2 hatch

Quick update and some pictures from me as I've been busy writing a paper: Yesterday my nameless Tamagotchi (I'll have a name for him soon I promise--at least I've established that he is a he!) got sick so I figured today I would be seeing him grow to the next stage. and lo and behold he did...

    Tamagotchi 15th vintage P1/P2 hatch

Excited to start the hatch! I went to get new batteries for my Tamagotchi this morning and a few moments later... a bouncing egg! I hatched my Tamagotchi at 11:21 AM. I haven't decided if it's a boy or a girl. I think I've been calling her "she" but I'm not sure... I definitely don't have a...

What did I buy? English or Japanese P1?

Thanks! Good to know. I actually have a V4 (I think it's a V4) where the same thing happened--Japanese outside, English insides.

What did I buy? English or Japanese P1?

Hi there. I recently purchased this tamagotchi on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/...984.m1439.l2649 As you can see, it says new on sealed card. I thought this was a Japanese tamagotchi, as listed, but the menus are in English. I don't think the seller falsely advertised on purpose (I've bought from...

    Devilgotchi Question

Thanks for the link OldSchoolTama! I saw some interesting animations with Bakedebirutchi (he was saying something in Japanese to me?) but I never got a picture. I've also seen the bat from Devil world. I'll keep my eyes open for others for now!

    V2?

Maybe it's been too long since I bought my V2s, but $100 dollars seems really expensive to me for one of them. I know you want one in the package, but I have purchased many used Tamagotchis on ebay and they have all come in excellent condition. I love my V2s, I have four (I actually won one here...

    Devilgotchi Question

I've been writing all over about my Devilgotchi, I know, but it's very exciting! I have had it since May and only recently had enough spare time to raise it to adulthood. I now have the pumpkin-headed character (kobodebitchi I think) and I have read that characters have special animations. I've...

    Vintage tama pictures!

I love looking at these pictures of vintage tamas--I love the smaller shells and the chunkier, larger-pixeled characters of the old tamas! In honor of Halloween, here is my Devilgotchi!

    Tamagotchi 15th vintage P1/P2 hatch

I'd like to join with this little guy: I think its a P1! But I haven't run it in a while so it might be a P2!

For teens or 20-something (or older!) (or younger!) Tama-fans

@TamaMum: babysocks hehe, that's so cute! I might start looking for cute designs... (but I like sewing and making stuff too so I dunno!) @Sugar Bunny <3: Yeah, I'm in college too (although not for too much longer I hope!!) so that's what prompted me to come up with a way to throw a few Tamas...

    Better Tamagotchis From Bandai!

I voted for V3, because I've been playing with those the most lately (since my Tama-go was a big disappointment). I think Bandai really had a nice balance of simplicity and features with the V3. I think the "Visit" option when connecting is a great idea, I love how many characters there are, and...

For teens or 20-something (or older!) (or younger!) Tama-fans

@OldSchoolTama: I used to carry my tamas around in a little purse, or I had little "tamagotchi cozies" i sewed--small individual fabric cases--and I'd put a bunch of them in those and then keep them in a purse. I was worry about the screens and designs on the shells getting scratched...
