It is weird cuz whenever I go 2 wal-mart, v1 is alwayz sold out, and v2s are always

in stock! Why would people like 2 buy v1 instead of the NEW v2??

Whats wrong? Here, they still sell the V1 tamagotchis. But not the V2 yet...

o god! really, that is so frikkin weird! well i believe there are V2's on eBay. Even I, mimitchi11 of Massachusetts now has Tamagotchi Mini.

I haven't seen a v1 at a store for a while, you should buy it anyways, and it really does go up in value, once at Toys R Us, they had a gigantic sale of tamagotchi dolls for 50 cents! And I was about 5 then and I only bought 1, if only I was smarter...

yes well... i think it was when the V1s got sold out, Bandai will not make any more. Im not sure of that tho.

i got my tamagotchi 2 monthes after my b day ! the highest gen i got to was 6 now im on 3 and 4

once I got to gen 13!!!!

Accually, now they are still selling V1's and they finally have V2's now! They also now have Tamagotchi Mini's. Which I now bought.

Well, it might be worth picking one up - for Collectors Value - if they are not going to be made any more - but if you do buy one, keep it in it's packaging - worth more that way....Best, etc.
