Hi guys. Lately there has been Many topics over Tamatown not working. Help us help you!

Please stop making new topics! Let us use 1 topic to communicate about it. Then you can keep in check with other users trying to access Tamatown.

Those of you that are able to access Tamatown, if you could help us by letting us know what you are doing differently.

Otherwise, it might be good to tell us what is happening if you are not able to login.

So I was posting in one of the earlier tamatown down forums that was started early june. I am also having problems signing in and signing up, so I e-mailed bandai, which others in the forum had done as well, but from the look of it I'm the first there to get a reply? As I said I would I have posted their reply below.

They seem to think it is nothing but internet problems for US, despite the fact that we are all located through out the world, canada (my self), the U.S.A, and Australia. I have also tried the Europe website as well, but it didnt work either. Booo~ on Bandai I say, Boo~! they better fix it so we can use the site again. They make it sound like people are still able to log on.. so are there any of you out there still able to access the site without a problem? because I havnt heard anything except everyone who cant make it on. But you do hear the bad more than the good right?

What do you guys think of bandai's reply? I dont think it sounds right at all.

I have sent them a more detailed message this time in hopes of a better reply, with more answers and less blame.

That is a system report/responce... Its like they don't even read the replies... Many people have gotten the same message. (Or messages that seem to reflect an automated response....)

I was trying to mess around a bit myself earlier. Didn't get online on my old account, not able for a new account.... and I even checked for emails which I knew I used. (In which the emails were not found( Nothing was working... At least it was loading to the log in page for me... (At decent speed) So, I'm also wondering if they had a dump of accounts or something for clearing space or they moved something in the main server that should not have been moved... (Program root or something)

Nope, I got an automated responce before this. Then it said 2 - 4 days i would get a resppnce from one of their staff. and about a week later I got that message. But yes, it sounds automated.

No problem loading the sign in page for me too. it just always says mis match for pass word username. so yeah, i wonder if something happened that just crashed most of their log-in information or something =/ so annoying..

but at least i got more than just the initial automated responce.. here is hoping they will reply to the message i sent today

 
Hey all, I also emailed them about the Tama Town problem, and got the exact same reply as @YourGuardianAngelWish. I've been trying for the last week since I got my Tama-Go, and still no success.

There is a europe site for the tamago? I looked around and didn't see one.

Also, i think bandai has given up on tamagotchi stuff, because they don't even give the time of day to read feedback. We'll see though!

Well what have others tried? Do the older TamaTown versions work for you, currently?

 
Has anyone recieved anything from Bandai? or is tama town running again??? OR did anyone figure out how to get on?? I tried to erupoe link, but there is no such luck :( I still get stuck on the print page

 
So i tried going to 'forgot user id" punched in my e-mail and it said it wasnt registered, so i tried my spam e-mail i use for creating accounts sometimes and it came up as the same thing. So im pretty sure bandai had some sort of system crash or shut down that wiped most if not all log-in's and thats why it always says user name pass word mis-match when you try and sign in.. because they have also disabled the ability to fully create accounts... Why wont they give us answers or fix the problem!

 
I have a tama-go and an existing account on tamatown music city but 1.I can't log in.2.I can't make a new account and 3.it is saying that the e-mail I put in is invaild and it's been that way since March for me.Also the Europe tamatown for my V5 doesn't even open all I see is a white screen.

Well this is annoying.

Buy me a tama go.

And cant go play on tamatown.

Stuck on log in, last time i tried to use it i didnt even have to sign up, just put some numbers in.... but i went through the entire sign up just to get stuck on the last page, no amount of hammering the 'next' button would work. Hope they get it up and running soon. Seems that tamagotchi's get completely neglected by Bandai these days......

 
If you try to sign up for new tamatown, whatever you do -

DO NOT HIT PRINT!!! Because It wont print. XD I still cant print yet.

 
They are probably not connecting with the main issue. They probably moved a program thinking it was okay... Moving folders even can be an issue. Root got moved, root got lost, meaning the Tamatown sever/program cant find its normal files.

Its been a bit too long with it being down... I doubt it has something to do with Life. They would probably just make a new website and switch over....
