Yes, I have had it. It's really not that bad; but it is semi-heriditary. Talk to your mom and ask these questions: when she got hers, how long it took for hers to be regular, if she had cramps during her periods. They're personal questions but they'll help you understand more.

All I know is...try to remember to take them out. It really only takes a couple seconds. It's okay to fall asleep with them in once in a while, though. But don't wear them the next day, you need to let your eyes get oxygen. But if you can't remember, talk to your parents about buying you...
