Not sure if this helps much, but when you get 350+ in fashion/arts/star points and 100+ points of everything else before you are an adult Memetchi, you can get Makiko right after you become an adult. Wait around half a minute for your Memetchi to change into a Makiko. Have fun~

When your adult nears to having a baby, or if you reach the age of 7, you "might" be offered another job. I haven't missed the second job offer yet, so I don't know if you are offered one every time. Hope this helps (^.-)
