the twins evolved, and i guess the citrus curse is stickier than i thought! this is essentially the tamagotchi i crafted in MyMeets, besides the colors, so i suppose the Get Character option doesn't totally handle colors, at least in the case of twins

given how strange and complicated how the color genes seem to work is compared to the others it's not very surprising

i decided to test the Marry Character option once before returning to playing normally, but the character i sent had a few spots that were colored oddly compared to the preview image (maybe it's just inaccurate)

that's okay, they can be partners in having unintended green hues

Gadretchi here is next, strangely he is pink right now

Gadretchi evolved earlier, but i kept getting distracted and forgetting to post it, whoops

he's stayed purple this time, so maybe he will be the one to break the Citrus Curse

after a bit of looking around and not seeing many on the app that caught any interest, Gadretchi suddenly received a proposal from a particularly cute tamagotchi, so i decided to keep the egg from this one

this resulted in Asbetchi and Yeqotchi, yet another pair of pink and blue twin boys! wow

(also wow, please excuse my screen dust on this one, not sure how i didn't notice)

they've evolved! we've got a green one again, but it's more of a forest green than a citrus one this time

a proposal to a cute pumpkin got us another set of twins, Lamatchi and Babatchi

we'll see what colors they end up this time

i went looking for a marriage partner for the twins, and saw a tamagotchi whose traits looked so comical together that i couldn't help sending one of them to propose

that tamagotchi rejected the twin i sent... and then came back and proposed to the other twin

the poor thing back there, watching her sister get married to her crush

Maymotchi is a very deep red! that's not a color i've seen in babies yet as far as i can remember

Maymotchi went from red to black! i haven't had a tamagotchi of either of those colors yet, so i'm excited either way

i didn't have time to post before class today, but Maymotchi evolved! he ended up mostly sort of greyish

i will probably find a marriage partner for him tomorrow

continuing the trend of compulsively proposing to tamagotchi in the app with bizzare sets of genetics, i saw this royal, permanently-horseriding fellow and couldn't help sending one

the resulting child is a light grey color, although that's expected since both parents are grey

there's also a cute Tamagyaotchi in the family tree back there!

i guess i've hit the number of generations that the device has started to discard some from the family tree, since this is my first time seeing this screen

it looks like the Kuromametchi ears are sticking, i don't mind that

given this teen stage, the horse body seems most likely

however, he also ended up with the hair gene from his grandparent! i think that's the first time i've had this happen

i saw this bean balancing on a ball (a Balance Bean), and i had to send a proposal right away

perhaps Beanitchi will inherit some genes from further back in the tree as well

i noticed in the app that Maskutchi is the guest for this month, too! i couldn't have Rashatchi marry him this time, but i'm hoping to get some of the genes once Beanitchi is an adult, since it's one of my favorites
