If you want to resort to violence, sack him. Then he falls to the floor rolling and crying. Might not be the best solution...

And, if he's ticklish, tickle him. Wait no, don't do that. It just makes the kid more angry.

Well, the only reason he picks on you is because he knows youre afraid of him.

He's tougher, stronger, and has better reflexes. It's hard to take control of the situation. (we tested this, in one of the rare moments we were getting along, in an 'extreme' pillow fight)

No, he isn't scared at all. YOU'RE the scared one. You even said so yourself. Now you're just contradicting that. He is absolutely NOT immune to pain. So bash his head against a window and tell him if he ever touches you again that's what he can expect. Trust me, it will hurt him.
