So my v4 adult graduated school and got offered a job today. BUT when the job screen came up...I waited too long and it went away before I could pick one. When do I have another chance to get my tama a job?!

Okay: I just got a japanese tamagotchi angel. I opened it up and changed the batteries. It has hatched, but I can't select any menu icons (like food, toilet, praise, etc). The attention light goes on and it beeps and beeps... but it won't let me select any menus! Pressing (A) makes it beep...

My first tamagotchi was a clear pink v2 (or maybe v1?) named Sarah. :D She was awesome!

I know people how have taken their tamas to airports and not had a problem with the dector. Maybe just take it out and show it to whomever is watching the MD?

Thanks inmyroomreb for posting. Someone on the TamaCHAT told me to use scratch-remover. I tried...and nothing. I guess it was too badly corroded to fix. ;_; Then, I had this idea- I happen to have an old, broken tamagotchi v3. I took it completely apart, and took out the plastic screen...

  Please help me!!!!!   My sister accidently spilled nail polish remover, and it got on my tamagotchi v3's screen! The screen is cloudy and feels rough now.   Is there a way I could take it apart and clean the screen or something? A magic soap that will clear up the screen? Anything?  ...

The screws are probably too stripped/damaged to re-use. I agree with what was said before me; those toy skateboard screws work pretty good. (My v1's screws had to be replaced.) You totally should do a log! I love angelgotchi; and I bet others would love to hear about your's.

How's your angelgotchi? Are the batteries out yet? If not, maybe try on of those eyeglasses screwdrivers (that come in the little kits). The point might work because it's smaller. I hope your tama is okay...I love angelgotchis. *wishes luck*

Okay, so I have a tamagotchi v3. Yesterday morning, I named my Tamagotchi's son (he's 2nd generation). Bob woke up when I was in school, so he was paused for maybe an hour or so. Then, around 1:00pm he evolved into a child, like normal. (this was day one of his life) So today, he is one year...

I've never heard of that method. But I figured out when my v3 was due to poop just by noting what time I had to clean its' messes. It pooed every 3 hours and 21 minutes. :D So, whenever it got around that time, I'd watch for the squiggly lines to appear. Then I'd click the flush icon. (:

That's awesome! I'd love to try decorating my tama, but I'm afraid I'd mess up and ruin it. -_- I love when people customise their tama's.

:DI'm nearly fifteen, and love my tamagotchis. My seventeen year old sister has three of them running right now. (: And like SmokeandMirrors said, I too get excited/almost nervous when they evolve/hatch/marry. I'm such a nerd. :lol:

My older sister used to hold my tamagotchi over the sink or toilet to threaten me. :o She never actually hurt my tama, though. And thankfully she doesn't do that aanymore.

I just took mine with me today. This time, I forgot to turn off the sound and it went off in the middle of a Spanish test. No one heard it, and during passing time I hurried to the bathroom and took care of him. Then I sat and played with him in math class. :D I've never been caught...

Maybe the batteries are low? My blinkie used to do that when she needed a battery change. xD

I guess the way to avoid breakage is to be careful. Thankfully, my v3 is pretty durable. It survived being buried underground (don't ask xD) and a accidental dip in water (have NO idea how it survived, it fell into the sink as I washed my hands).

When I was younger, I used to attach the ring to my belt-loops. Now, I carry mine in a little cloth lined bag (like the Pantheratchi's cosmetic bag) so I can take it in my purse safely.

It should be fine. Just don't go waving your Tama around. ;) I took mine on a flight once (a few months ago).
