I dont think so because of battery life and the screens would cost more. But also, i really wouldnt want them to because it would take away from the cute pixelated animations, and it would look more generic and ick

For me, good improvements would be: -Backlit Screen -Environments that the tamagotchi hangs out in (kinda like nano pets where the pet walks through different rooms -make it so that when different versions connect, the RIGHT character shows up on the other persons tama

I dont personally see them as a fasion accessory. im the type of person who does what i want to do, regardless of what people think. So if you think tamas are still in, they are :rolleyes:

Has anyone ever seen/bought a tamagotchi mini? Ive been looking for one since their release in fall of 2005 and have NEVER EVER seen one. And i would love to have one.

With all the fake tama's floating around, you would think it was a fake, but suprisingly its a totally different virtual pet. Not a fake

I think its WAYYY too early to bring back the v1/v2s. The p1/p2s however, that i would like to see in stores again :P

I have a LOT of 1997 edition tamas, too many to list. Although, out of the old tamas, i much prefer the P2 over the P1 :P and the Angel is extremely fun.

Kutchipatchi is my favorite off your list, but my all time favorite tama character is Gozarutchi :P

As of now i have 30 tamas and 41 other miscellanious virtual pets (nanos, gigas, etc). i have 3 v1s, 3 v2s, 4v3s, 3v4s and 1v4.5., 3 tamagotchi angels, 1 oceangotchi, 5 p1's and 7 p2s.

I actually have a Nano Dino, its pretty cool :furawatchi: I bought it back when the original Nanos were still out. They have not rereleased the nano Dino, Bunny, Turtle or Teddy. Just the Kitty, Puppy and Baby. the only way to get one is through eBay right now. The Generation 2 nanos came out...
