    can u outgrow tamas

    Uh... that's really a question only you can answer for your self. If you don't enjoy playing with them anymore, then you've outgrown them. It doesn't necessarily correlate to age or maturity level, just personal enjoyment. I haven't, and I'm almost 19. I probably never will entirely outgrow...

    Had to start somewhere!

    In summer of 1997 my mother came home from work one day with a Dinkie Dino and a P2 Tamagotchi. I got the Dinkie and my brother got the Tama, so my first authentic Tamagotchi wasn't until 1998, when I found a pink Tamagotchi Angel in a sale bin at CVS and compelled my parents to buy it for me...

    Idont get a meme-family!

    Heehee. 100% Bondage. :mellow: Bonding goes down if you miss a call for training, so, for instance, if you had 100% at 11:30 AM but missed their call at noon, then you may have mated them afterwards at only 90% without thinking to check.

    Rate the person above's Avvie game!

    3/10. I would have rated it much higher, but poor spelling makes me want to die. :furawatchi:

    bidding problems

    Make sure you enter not only the right card number, but also the right card type (i.e. AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, etc.), security number, and expiration date. Also, I would suggest that in addition to registering for Ebay, you also make a Paypal account. It;s a more secure way to make credit card...

    ^^; Hello.

    Welcome Candace! You'll have a great time here on the site. But to cure any confusion, we use the shorthand "P1" and "P2" to refer to the earliest original releases of Tamagotchi that came out in 1996 and 1997, not the Tamagotchi Connection V1 and V2 as you seem to suggest. :huh: Oz

    Tamagotchi's and Leap Year

    All Tamas include the extra day, and count it every year (since they don't distinguish between years). Why? Because they have no idea whether it's a leap year or not. If it is, the date works perfectly. However, can you imagine the trouble tama users would go through if it was a leap year and...

    If you could have one tama ancestor

    How come Osu/Mesu aren't on there? I wanted a pair of those sooooo badly -- so I just bought some. :wacko:

    Thoughts on Space Family

    There is no pure Space Family. Any tama mated to a space character will produce only one egg, and one of the requirements of a pure family is that there are always two children. Besides, I'm not even sure Planetchi appears to a Sunnytchi using the dating show. So, I repeat, THERE IS NO PURE...

    Uhhh....Boy tamas

    I got a boy for six generations in a row on my V3 before getting a girl on my 7th. That's just how the coin flips -- because each time you have an egg, there is exactly a 50/50 chance of receiving either gender. These odds never change, no matter how many boys you have in a row. Just love your...

    Hi everyone! Can I have some help?

    I'm no moderator, but my guess would be yes, upload your videos on a hosting website like Photobucket, and then apply in the Art Gallery forum for your own thread where you can link to the videos for everyone to see. :P If someone wants to do a tama transaction with you, you should discuss...

    Tamagotchi Target Audience

    That's the exact same reaction I get. In fact, friends and acquaintances who have seen me with my V5 usually say something along the lines of "I should get one too so we can bring back the 90s." There's something I like to call the "Barney Effect." Remember when you were 4, and you watched...

    V3 Halloween Group Hatch

    Well, I didn't join this hatch ahead of time, but because of my Tama's fortunate birth cycle my Mimitchi left his Teletchi yesterday, on Halloween! In honor of its birthday, I named the little one Spook. Heehee. <3

    Tamagotchi Desktop Characters!

    My heart is still broken because it's a .exe. You'd think they'd learn to make this stuff in Java, so it'd be cross-OS, no? <//3

    .::[x] starry night [x]::.

    personal notes sunday, october 29th Clickie for image! Yeah, Otto had a baby! And it's another boy. All these males begetting males, I feel like I'm in the Bible. It seemed to me like this new teletchi popped up, kinda like, "Hey hey hey!! Of course I'm another boy." I was inspired to do a...

    .::[x] starry night [x]::.

    saturday, october 28th Otto and I went to a Halloween party tonight. It was fun, even though he went to sleep relatively early on. He missed the hottest part of Sleepy Hollow, one of my favorite childhood Johnny Depp movies. Somehow I don't think he was really interested in Johnny Depp, though...

    WAT HAPPENED!

    If the screen is blank but the device still makes beeping noises, then I'd suggest resetting it, once or a few times. If the screen is blank and it doesn't beep either, your battery is probably dead. The extra power required to transmit data via infrared probably did it in. Just go get a new...
